Do Now:
1. Get your Shrink the Solar System lab. (they're on the front counter, spread out)
3. On your Do Now page, write today's date and then respond to the following:
"How does knowing that Neptune is 78 times further from the Sun than Mercury help you build a scale model of planetary distances?"

Today's Goals:       Scale of our Solar System
How big are the planets? How far apart are they? How can we better understand the HUGE sizes and distances in our solar system?

Homework:
None. Leave your labs here for safe keeping! We will continue Thursday!
UPCOMING: Next quiz on Gravity & Scale will be on Fri 10/26   Study Guide HERE
